We only do exchange of smaller items less than 2kg weight. For larger goods, once sold will not be exchanged or returned.

We take utmost care to deliver products in good condition. However, if a possibility of exchange arises we are open to it. As these are all hand painted and crafted products there might be a slight variation in colour/brightness/ texture in comparison to what you see on our website as viewed on your mobile or laptop’s monitor.
We only accept exchange, if the product delivered to you is not the same purchased on site by you. In this case please contact and notify us within 48 hrs of delivery (between 10 am-7pm on all days), with your order details and image of the defective product: Email: email@example.com, Phone: +91.9319923838.
On receipt and acknowledgement of email, we will initiate the exchange process. The product should be returned and handed over to delivery in the same condition it left our workshop – tags and labels intact. Upon receiving and checking the product we will initiate exchange.
In case of an Exchange, remember every product is a one of a kind, i.e. you may never get the exact same product. However, you can choose anything else you fancy – which could also happen to be, if in stock, a very similar piece to the one you initially bought.
