  • Is my product a one of a kind, limited edition piece?

All our products in our current collections are handcrafted, hand-painted, limited edition pieces. There might be similar pieces but never the same. You can be the confident acquirer of a one of a kind, hand painted product.

There might be a slight variation in the colour of the product (upon delivery) from what you see on our website.

  • Are my products all handcrafted?

We make handcrafted and hand painted products, all created by us and made in India.

  • How should I care for my hand-painted product?

It’s yours now. You could use it anywhere you go, use it any which way you want. But at the end of the day, this one of a kind needs some Tender Loving Care. You just need to do a few things - protect it from harsh sunlight and you can use a soft-dry cloth to wipe – and remember to just have fun with it.

Use it with your zaniest clothes and accessories, take it to the loudest parties or the warmest lunch get together. Our quirky products will always have your back.

  • Are the products colour fast?

Absolutely, they are painted with well treated acrylic colours, that are colour fast. Use a soft dry cloth to wipe.

  • Is there a Return/Exchange policy?

Yes. We are working on it. For any return/exchange queries please reach us on email, and we will get back to you at the speed of light.

We take utmost care to deliver products in good condition. However, if a possibility of return/exchange arises we are open to it.

The product will have to be couriered to us by a courier company of your choice, we will be happy to return the courier/shipping costs plus the price of the bag bought once the bag/product reaches us and has been thoroughly checked by our team.

In case of an Exchange, remember every product is a one of a kind, i.e. you will never get the exact same bag/shoe etc. However, you can choose anything else you fancy – which could also happen to be, if in stock, a very similar piece to the one you initially bought.

  • How can I pay for my online purchase?

We currently have an Online Payment option.

  • Can I get in touch with the Brickroad Team and how quickly would you respond?

Absolutely, we would love to hear from you, email us and we will get back to you at the soonest. We believe in quick communication, so you don’t have to fret. Drop us your queries, complaints (we try our best to have none) or just give us a call.

  • Is the shipping cost included?

Yes, it is, unless mentioned in case of some special orders. Please contact us in case of large orders.

We usually ship in 4-7 working days, only within India. International Shipping will take 15-20 working days.
